1. Function of Nano Alumina (VK-L05C)

1. Application in the electronics industry

(1) Ceramic multilayer substrates for multi-chip packaging: The manufacturing methods of nano-alumina ceramic multilayer substrates for packaging include thick film printing method, green lamination method, green printing method, thick film mixing method, etc. .

(2) High-pressure sodium lamp luminous tube: A nano-alumina transparent body formed of polycrystalline opaque nano-alumina is used in the high-pressure sodium lamp luminous tube. 2. Bio-nano alumina (VK-L05C) ceramics

Nano-alumina polycrystals are used as biological functional materials and applied to the human body in 1969. Nano-alumina fine ceramics are used in medical engineering for single crystal and sintered polycrystal. 3. Nano-alumina (VK-L05C) ceramic cutter

Al2O3 particle size composition during the sintering process control of nano-alumina grain size is an important part of determining the quality of the tool. If high temperature isostatic sintering (HIP) is used, the grain size can be 0.3 ~ 0.5 microns. The bending strength of nano-alumina cutting tools can be increased to 900 ~ 1000MPa.
