Whetstone strips, wool wheels, sandpaper, etc. are generally used, and manual operation is the main method. If the surface quality is high, the super-precision polishing method can be used. Precautions:
1. Hot water rinsing. After oxidation of ceramics, aluminum parts need to be washed with hot water for the purpose of aging the film. However, the water temperature and time should be strictly controlled. If the water temperature is too high, the film will become thinner and the color will become lighter. If the treatment time is too long, the above-mentioned similar problems will occur. The suitable temperature and time are: temperature 40~50℃, time 0.5~1MIN.
2. Drying: It is better to dry naturally. The aluminum parts rinsed with hot water are hung diagonally on the shelf to allow the free water on the working surface to flow down vertically. The water droplets flowing to the lower corner are sucked with a towel.
3. Aging: The aging method can be determined according to the climatic conditions. In the summer with strong sunlight, it can be exposed to sunlight in the summer, and it can be baked in an oven in rainy days or in winter. The process conditions are 40 to 50 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes.
